Admission Policy

ADMISSION, WITHDRAWAL & ISSUE OF CERTIFICATES

  • a) New admission : Parents desiring admission for their children are required to complete the application form for registration-cum-evaluation test and return it along with necessary fee, which is not refundable, nor does it constitute any assurance for admission. All students applying for admission are required to undergo the process set by the school administration. The candidate must have an acceptable knowledge of the subject appropriate for the class lower than he or she desiring for admission.
  • b) New admission to the existing classes will be made solely depending on vacancies. If there is a vacancy one must produce the final progress report of the class in which one is reading. If the school authority is satisfied then there will be a meeting with the principal who will assess the student.
  • c) Documents required for new admission : Admission form duly filled up by the parents, 2 passport size photographs of the candidate, original marksheet as well as a photocopy of the last examination passed from the previous school, one copy of the child's birth certificate (original to be brought for verification because date of birth cannot be changed after the admission) and transfer certificate (countersigned by the D.E.O for out-of-state students).
    • (i) Students who take new admission to the school not in the normal procedure or out of time in unavoidable circumstances (which are not encouraged by the school administration) need to clear the school fee for the whole year (12 months). When such a student takes the admission till the date he/she needs to clear the school fee to obtain admission.
    • (ii) T.C. will be obtained by a student who has cleared the total amount of school fee (Monthly fee, Start Class Fee. Computer Fee) for the whole year.
